Simply add the blend to a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and reduce to a gentle simmer. Let the steam carry the aroma throughout your home. Be sure to keep an eye on the water level, adding more water as needed. You can typically get two uses out of each simmer pot by refrigerating between uses.
